Dream Track PTE operates a multi-faceted platform offering:
1. Investment Plans – Digital asset and portfolio management opportunities.
2. Job Vacancy Finder – A recruitment and career portal.
3. Football Agency – Representation, scouting, and career management for football (soccer) players.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. INVESTMENT PLAN SERVICES

3.1 General: Dream Track PTE offers investment plans that allow users to participate in curated portfolios, digital assets, or profit-sharing arrangements. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Dream Track PTE is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. Any investment carries risk, including the potential loss of principal.

3.2 No Guarantee of Returns: All returns projected in our marketing materials or dashboard are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Past performance does not predict future results.

3.3 User Representations: By participating in any investment plan, you represent that you are investing funds you can afford to lose entirely, you have conducted your own due diligence, and you understand that cryptocurrency, forex, or high-yield investments involve substantial risk.

3.4 Fees and Withdrawals: Management fees are disclosed at the time of investment. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform (typically 5–10 business days). We reserve the right to delay withdrawals during periods of market volatility, security reviews, or suspected fraud. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your investment income.

3.5 Suspicious Activity: We may freeze or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized transactions, including money laundering attempts.

4. JOB VACANCY FINDER SERVICES

4.1 Platform Role: Our job vacancy finder service acts as a marketplace connecting job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee employment, and we are not an employer unless explicitly stated.

4.2 For Job Seekers: You agree to provide truthful information in your profile and applications. We reserve the right to remove profiles containing false information, offensive content, or spam. Dream Track PTE is not responsible for any employment disputes, wages, or working conditions between you and any third-party employer.

4.3 For Employers: Employers posting vacancies must comply with all applicable labor laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data privacy regulations. We reserve the right to remove job postings that appear fraudulent, deceptive, or violate our content policies. Fees for job postings or candidate access are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. FOOTBALL AGENCY SERVICES

5.1 Agency Representation: Dream Track PTE provides football (soccer) agency services including but not limited to career management, contract negotiation, scouting and trials, transfer facilitation, and image rights management.

5.2 Agency Agreement: Any player or client entering into representation with us must sign a separate Football Agency Representation Agreement which shall supersede these Terms with respect to agency-specific matters.

5.3 Compliance with Regulations: We strive to comply with FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) and other relevant football governing bodies. However, clients acknowledge that we act as an intermediary and final approval of transfers or contracts rests with clubs, federations, and regulatory authorities.

5.4 Fees: Agency fees, success fees, or commissions will be outlined in the separate Representation Agreement. Standard industry practices apply, including a percentage of the player's salary or transfer fee upon successful engagement.

5.5 No Guarantee of Transfer or Employment: We do not guarantee that any player will secure a contract, trial, or transfer. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including player performance, medical evaluations, and club decisions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and platforms, including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is the property of Dream Track PTE or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to: use our services for any illegal purpose; engage in money laundering, fraud, or deceptive practices; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; post defamatory, abusive, or obscene material; or circumvent any security or access controls.

8. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Fees for Investment Plans are deducted at the time of investment or upon profit distribution. Employers pay upfront fees for job postings. Football Agency fees are outlined in the Representation Agreement. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Track PTE provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content; the security or uninterrupted availability of our platforms; the profitability of any investment plan; or the success of any job application or football career placement.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Dream Track PTE, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Track PTE and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with notice to you. You may terminate your account by contacting us at info@dreamtrack.online. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services, and we may deactivate or delete your account and data.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Charlotte, North Carolina. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
